Making the easy decision is simple as it doesn't involve repercussions and can be changed in most cases.
But when it comes to making tough decisions you have to give it some thought.
There needs to be clarity in the mind as well as the clarity of thoughts.
We need to think through what is the best case scenario and what can be worst case scenario
What is Return on Investment I can expect?
Will there be regret upon making this decision?
These are some of the questions that I faced while making a tough decision.
I am inspired by a video in which Jeff Bezos talks about the Regret Minimization Framework. So I decided to come up with a template that I can reuse several times when faced with decision making.
